This song was written in collaboration with Indie Music and MTV Beats for the show "Dil Beats with Darshan Raval". Raval wrote and composed the song to perform it on the show. He told about it, "This one's a song about love and longing which goes well with the idea of the show. Love and its complications are part of everyone's life and through this show we hope to help in any way possible."

Naushad Khan, music director of Indie Music Label, noted on this collaboration, "When MTV Beats team came to us with the idea of creating an original soundtrack for this show, we were immediately on board. The song has come out beautifully and is right up Darshan's alley."
