"Killin' It Girl" is the last part of j-hope's singles project released during his world tour "Hope On The Stage" in 2025, the previous parts being "Sweet Dreams" and "Mona Lisa". The final single was revealed during the tour's Asian leg that started in the Philippines on the 12th of April. It was officially released on the 13th of June, 2025, accompanied by the music video.

This is the first collaboration between j-hope and GloRilla. There is also an alternate version called "Killin' It Girl (Solo Version)" which received an exclusive CD release in the USA.
