"Don't Lose Your Sense Of Humor" lyrics

When stormy clouds surround you and trouble is all around you
And when you feel your fate is sealed and signed
Don't lose your sense of humor
And you won't lose your peace of mind

When lady luck has brushed you, dame fortune's really crushed you
And when you feel that everything has been tried
Don't lose your sense of humor
And you'll see the funny side

I have heard for sure for troubles they have a care
Take a teaspoon full of smiles and add some laughter
There's nothing like a laugh to cut your troubles right in half
And live happily ever after

So, when you see the lightnin', it really isn't frightnin'
A flash, a crash, and then the flash is out
Don't lose your sense of humor
And you'll find without a doubt
Soon you'll have something to laugh about

I have heard for sure for troubles they have a care
Take a teaspoon full of smiles and add some laughter
There's nothing like a laugh to cut your worries right in half
And live happily ever after

So, when you see the lightnin', it really isn't frightnin'
A flash, a crash, and then the flash is out
Don't lose your sense of humor
And you'll find without a doubt
Soon you'll have something to laugh about
