"Seein' Things" lyrics

Swear I'm seeing ghosts
Riding down the other side of 65 heading home
Early mornings are the late nights I used to know
That sunrise looks different these days

I still see the old me
Rear view blue eyes ain't as bloodshot as they used to be
Since that Friday night angel walked up to me
Shot of whiskey
Led to baby
Won't you kiss me
Before we knew it
Rest was history

I'm seeing clearer
Believe in that man in the mirror
Not a whole lot that's changed but
There's purpose in the picture
I'm better when I'm with her
Life looks as good as it seems
It's almost insane
Feels like I'm dreaming
Old me wouldn't believe it
He'd say that I'm seeing things
I'm seeing things

Seeing less of the boys
It's a different kinda noise and empty bottles
My perspective goes way past tomorrow
I got more
Than just me
To live for
Never thought I'd see the day

I'm seeing clearer
Believe in that man in the mirror
Not a whole lot that's changed but
There's purpose in the picture
I'm better when I'm with her
Life looks as good as it seems
It's almost insane
Feels like I'm dreaming
Old me wouldn't believe it
He'd say that I'm seeing things
I'm seeing things

Like nothing I've ever seen before
Found the light right behind that door
And every day still looks brighter to me
When I see what forever'll be
I'm seeing things
I'm seeing things

I'm seeing clearer
Believing that man in the mirror
Ain't a whole lot that's changed but
There's purpose in the picture
I'm better when I'm with her
Life looks as good as it seems
It's almost insane
Feels like I'm dreaming
Old me wouldn't believe it
He'd say that I'm seeing things
I'm seeing things
