The expression "The most loneliest" used in these lyrics is very incorrect grammatically. "The most lonely" or "the loneliest" would suffice.

The opening guitar melody on this song is based on the song "The House Of The Rising Sun" by The Animals.

This track was featured in the film "Disturbia" (2006) in a scene when the main character tries to entertain himself while being on house arrest. The song is not included on the film's soundtrack.
