Walking down Abbey Road
With myself and my own perspective
By this time thought that I would have done much more

All I've seen is all I know and I've lived in my own bubble
Feeling bad for myself, always wanting more

Then I realize I'm just another person
And everyone's got problems of their own
And the fact that my best friend just yesterday he lost his job
Maybe we don't have it that bad after all

I think it's time we put our egos aside
And look around us see that these are the times

I know it's hard to see it but in the end
You know we're all the same

Every now and again I forget what truly matters
Like my friends and family, I forget to call back
Wanna make sure I don't get lost in future chapters
Yesterday is a day that I won't get back
