This track musically is very similar to his "Johnny B. Goode".

The melody of this song is identical to "Little Queenie" from his album "Chuck Berry Is On Top" (1959).

Chuck Berry's 1958 45-rpm single gives credits to "C. Berry Music – M. Brodie" despite the fact that the song was written by Johnny Marks and Marvin Brodie. All later cover versions of the song are credited to Marks and Brodie, though, as published by Johnny Marks' St. Nicholas Music.

This song was covered by numerous performers but only several of those versions charted in the USA: Luke Bryan's at number 42 on the Hot Country Songs chart in 2008; Justin Moore's at number 58 on the Hot Country Songs chart in 2011; Whitney Wolanin's at number 2 on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart in 2013.
