"Lost In Your Eyes" was the first single from her second album. The song reached the top of Billboard Hot 100 chart in March 1989.

The singer told Billboard in 2014 about the live performances of this song, "From the opening two bars of the piano intro, it elicited screams from the audience. It had yet to be recorded or played on the radio, but it was already a hit. That's not ego talking. It's just true of any artist and any song that has that feeling of being familiar yet new."

Debbie Gibson re-recorded this song in Japanese for the album "Ms. Vocalist" released exclusively in Japan in 2010.
