"Light Of The Sunset" lyrics

Before the flickering light is out
And we let our minds roam free
Remember how it always used to be

Then as darkness falls before our eyes
We will never be able to completely say goodbye

Follow the light of the sunset, my friend
And I'll be with you until the end
I'll always share all your anger, your sorrow and pain
Knowing it all was in vain

I hear you whispering to me still
Though forever silent you'll be
Upon your stone for everyone to see:
"Though we're far apart I will remain within your heart
Until we meet once again and time has come, come to an end"

Follow the light of the sunset, my friend
And I'll be with you until the end
I'll always share all your anger, your sorrow and pain
Knowing it all was in vain

Years upon years have slowly passed
Now the time has finally come
To see your smile again, my old friend...

I follow the light of the sunset, my friend
Soon I'll be with you until the end
I've always shared all your anger, your sorrow and pain
Nothing was ever in vain

And so I am here at the end of my time
Always with you by my side, my friend, 'til the end
