"Crazy Girl" is the band's fifth overall single and the first one from their album "Life at Best". The song was released in March 2011.

Lee Brice, one of the co-writers of this track, recalled about "Crazy Girl", "It was kind of a sensitive kind of song, but it still had this edge to it that was really cool."

This song won for "Song Of The Year" at the 2012 ACM Awards.

The acoustic version of this song was included on their album "This Is Eli Young Band: Greatest Hits" (2019).

The video for this track follows a man and a woman trying to escape from a psychiatric clinic.
