Something I've been understanding recently is that
When you change feelings, the thoughts on the inside of you
You can then change things on the outside of you
And when we observe that we did it correctly, we will pay attention to those things and do it again
That action creates a structured habit
By demonstrating how others can perform such feats, I wanna show you how powerful you can be
See when you know how to influence the autonomic nervous system, or the ANS
This is the system that maintains our health and balance by automatically taking care of out bodily functions
All while we have the free will to make decisions in our lives
It is this subconscious system that gives us our health
And once we're able to consciously gain access to the system
We're not only able to maintain our health, but we're able to change our health
We can transform our unwanted self-limiting behaviors, beliefs, habits, and replace them with more productive ones
See, when we wake up in the morning and we look for that feeling that comforts us
And that feeling that we remember
We're living in the past and simply we must live in the future
Manifest those thoughts that you dreamed of, your biggest dreams and inspirations must come to fruition through you and through your thoughts
