"Open Gate" is the first single from Kuami Eugene's studio album "Son of Africa". The song was premiered on August 6, 2020, accompanied by a music video the description of which stated, "The song 'Open Gate' is about a man professing his love for his woman and saying how much he cannot wait to tie the knot with her and make it a fun and joyous celebration of their love.
