"Rock Believer" is the second single from Scorpions's studio album of the same name. The song was premiered on January 13, 2022, accompanied by a music video.

The first snippet of this song was premiered live via TikTok on the 7th of January, 2022.

Speaking about Scorpions' album "Rock Believer" and its title song, Klaus Meine shared in the documentary "Rock Believer – The Journey", "I started this time with writing lyrics. When I started I thought about all those years and all the places we played, you know? And I had a rough idea—not about the concept or anything like that but—to pick, like, a couple of cities, a couple of places where we feel very much connected with and find stories just like a storyteller." Rudolf Schenker added, "It was very inspiring to see the lyrics, go into it, and try to build it up in myself."

Guitarist Rudolf Schenker said about the "Rock Believer" album title in an interview for Chile's Radio Futuro, "Look, we are around the world since 50 years or more. And when somebody can say he's a rock believer, then this is us. And of course, we meet our rock believers in front of us, our audience.
