The protagonist of this song talks with his/her friend in order to prevent a suicide attempt. The friend still feels alone even though they have been together for a long time. Depression alters his/her mind and personality.

These lyrics describe a person in depression that is represented by spiders. The person tries to hide his/her critical conditions, behaves as if everything is fine and refuses to accept help even from the closest friends.
