It's Valentina Ploy, and what you're going to hear is my debut album
Crazy, isn't it?
I've been writing songs since I was a kid
As a way to process and express my feelings
And I've done it mostly in my bathroom
So yeah, I guess the most authentic way
To take you through this journey with me
Is to start like this
I wrote these songs as I've found myself feeling happy
In love, silly, grateful, nostalgic, angry, sad, hurt, confused
I also felt heartbroken and sometimes I fell apart
Then I learned to love myself
I've gone through ups and downs, good and bad
And I guess it's the natural cycle of life
Emotions, nature, and all things
That's why these songs are listed by feelings
From the happiest of my experiences to my darkest moments
I hope the stories they tell can remind you that it is okay to feel everything you feel
Without judgement
I hope they can remind you we are human, but most of all
