Since "Thursday" sounds similar to "thirst day" the song tells about how the protagonist spends his Thursdays with his girlfriend getting high while drinking alcohol and smoking joints.

The narrator of this song in on a tough schedule with girls. As soon as Thursday comes he wants to be in time at this day's girl's place to have sex with her. He says that she better be patient and ready for his visit instead of constantly calling him.
