"Watching The Planes" lyrics

When I was a little boy
We went for a trip in the car
Just me, my grandma
And my grandpa

They'd take me to the airport
To watch the planes fly in
"I love planes, grandma"
I'd say with a grin

We'd lie in the grass and hold hands
Then they'd, they'd sing me a song
It's a song I'll remember forever
For my whole life long

It went, watching the planes go by
Do you ever wonder how they fly?
They're like a giant bird in the sky
Watching the planes go by

A family's love, it fills the air
A holiday in the sky
As long as you're together that can be anywhere
You know, love also flies

Watching the planes go by
Do you ever wonder how they fly?
They're like a giant bird in the sky
Watching the planes go by

Watching the planes go by
Do you ever wonder how they fly?
They're like a giant bird in the sky
Watching the planes go by
