Zack Tabudlo wrote this song about one of his previous relationships. He explained, "She was the binibini that I would dance with in the middle of the rain, in the middle of chaos, or whatever's happening around us. [...] Despite what everyone says or what problems the two of you are facing in life, the both of you will be there for each other and will always be behind each other in every situation there is."

Seth Fedelin and Andrea Brillantes are featured as a young couple in the music video for "Binibini". The video, directed by Dan Villegas, premiered on the 12th of April 2021. Zack Tabudlo told about it, "It shows how ending something that makes you happy wants you to go back from the very start. I also had to memorize my song backwards 200x the speed to get that smooth slow-mo effect, while singing the song as the rain goes upwards. It also gives you a vague ending that is open to personal interpretation."
