I see the driver in the glass

Then to the brakes, her feet slide
His head hits the side and he screams out
"Creeps, I'll take you all!"
He grabs penny dreadfuls
And rips up in shred-fulls when my head sinks
My friends have left my side
But then there's the stop
And Sara climbs in, she says, "Tommy
Where's your horror pin?"
He laughs in his place
She spits in his face and says, "Bully
You leave my boy alone"

Everybody came out just to see me leaving
With my pennies in my hand they're glad to see I'm happy
But when the story's mine I think I'll tell it different
It's a shame to hear the sound when my pennies hit the ground
Now I want to go back home
