"Beginnin' Of Sinnin'" lyrics

Gather round me children, children gather round
What you need is some real good talking to
Listen to me children, children, listen to me
I'm not surmonizin', I'm just summising it's true
It's all about the devil and sin, how did it all begin?

The beginnin' of sinnin,' I do believe, all began with Adam and Eve
That was the beginnin,' the beginnin' of sinnin'
King Solomon had a thouasand wives, one man with a thousand wives
That was the beginnin,' the beginnin' of sinnin'

Sampson and Delilah, history testifies
He was strong, but not gor long, Delilah cut him down to her size
So children are you listenin'? If the devil knocks, don't you let him in
'Cause that is the beginnin,' the beginnin' of sinnin'

Stealing! (That's sinnin)
Double dealing! (That's sinnin)
Drinkin'! (That's sinnin)
Evil thinkin'! (That's sinnin)
Cheat! (That's sinnin)
Wife beating!(That's sinnin)
Divorcing! (That's sinning)
Double crossing! (That's sinnin)
Sin, sin, sin, sin, sin, sin, sin, sin

That is the beginning, of sinning!
