"Old Fashioned" lyrics

I still call my friends more than I send out texts
Well, I get paper money when I go cash my checks
I still brew drip coffee and smoke my cigarettes
No, I ain't old, well, I'm just old fashioned, I guess

Well, I prefer my papa's truck to the one outside that's new
Well, I got a helluva lotta love for the red, the white and the blue
I sure don't mind having nothing at all to do
Works for me, no, it ain't gotta work for you

'Cause I don't care to keep up with the times
You'll be two steps forward and I'll be two behind
Well, everything I love is pretty outdated
And days have changed so fast, I hate it
I'm a dying breed and the only one that's left
No, I ain't old, well, I'm just old fashioned, I guess

Well, I still watch all them old TV shows
And on Sundays, I think that you should be closed
I still wanna live where the green grass grows
And hear Cash, Haggard and Jones on my radio

'Cause I don't care to keep up with the times
You'll be two steps forward and I'll be two behind
Well, everything I love is pretty outdated
And days have changed so fast, I hate it
I'm a dying breed and the only one that's left
No, I ain't old, well, I'm just old fashioned, I guess

'Cause I don't care to keep up with the times
You'll be two steps forward and I'll be two behind
Well, everything I love is pretty outdated
And days have changed so fast, I hate it
I'm a dying breed and the only one that's left
No, I ain't old, well I'm just old fashioned, I guess

No, I ain't old, I'm just old fashioned, well, I guess
