"Imposter" is the third single from Louis Tomlinson's third studio album, "How Did I Get Here?". The song was released on the 20th of January, 2026, backed by a visualiser and a music video published on the next day.

This song is about the Imposter Syndrome. Louis said about it an interview for New York's Music Station Z100 on the 10th of October, 2025, "I feel like, uh, the confidence that I've built up from playing all the tour shows and also at this point, you know, I've been a solo artist for a while. There's not really much room left for Imposter Syndrome. I mean, of course, I still have it and feel it, but, like, the proof's in the pudding. And, like, the shows have been amazing, and the tour that we're about to put on, I think, is a testament of where we're at. So, I actually came to this record with a much more confident I outlook."
