Now save the images into a lossless format
Use a tiff or raw for the format
Now you need a offset print and press for the base layers
Make sure its 72 degrees when you print the base layer
And maintain humidity at 45 degrees in the room
Everything that I just told you need to be right for the room
The alignment needs to be 0.003 inches
Test it out on a press sheet when you get it right switch it
You wanna make sure the colors lookin' right and everything legit
Now you wanna use an intaglio printer for that bitch
You wanna load up the steel and gray plates on the press
Adjust the doctor blade pressure with 2.5 on the press
Load the serial number plate onto the offset
Use florescent ink for the serial numbers on the press
Now you wanna go ahead and start the dryin' process
You wanna dry at two hunnid degrees for the process
Any where from one forty to two hunnid will be fine
Start low as you go and gradually move it high

Alright so you wanna feed the sheets into a hsb 100 currency cutter
Make sure the cuttin' accuracy is at 0.005

Now once you do that you're pretty much done you just wanna inspect every single stack make sure it's good and go out and use that bitch don't try to use it no where no federal buildings you wanna just try to get change or swap it out like that
