"Radio Road" lyrics

There's a spot way on out
Past that old Parker plant and the dump
Where we'd park, just hang out
Where that ol' FM station picked up
We'd go there to drink
When we're high and we're low
It ain't got a sign
But everyone knows
How to get to Radio Road

It's heaven and hell
On that two-track trail
Where gravel and dirt, lessons we learned
Linin' both sides of the road
That's where I learned to hold on and how to let go
Out there on Radio Road

Man, that girl, she was somethin'
'Bout as hung up as I'd ever been
Makin' love, I knew nothin'
But together, we learned what it meant
Yeah, it was short like a dance, it had to end
And since then, ain't nothin' came close
She left my broken heart and that truck alone
Parked out on Radio Road

It's heaven and hell
On that two-track trail
It's gravel and dirt, lessons we learned
Linin' both sides of the road
That's where I learned to hold on and how to let go
Out there on Radio Road

Out there on Radio Road

It's heaven and hell
On that two-track trail
It's gravel and dirt, lessons we learned
Linin' both sides of the road
That's where I learned to hold on and how to let go
Out there on Radio Road

Out there on Radio Road
