Feel your spine on the floor, and release as much tension as you can at this moment

Now grab your occipital release tool, and place the base of your head, where your head meets your spine, in the groove, and pay attention to any misalignments

Adjust yourself (Adjust yourself...) and relax

Now, release any tension in your jaw
Any tension in your tongue
No grinding of the teeth
And close your mouth
Do not purse your lips together, just let them gently touch

Close your eyes

Now inhale through your nose
And exhale through your nose
Again
Ah...

Be sure to release any and all tension held in the lips, in the cheek, in the jaw, and in the tongue
When you release the tension here, you should feel your neck release. (Release...)

Allow your head to suspend back freely on the occipital release tool, and allow your spine to melt into the groove...
And relax

Now that you're here
Please pay close attention to your eyelids
