This meditation will move a little faster (Faster..)
Quickly scan your thoracic spine for any subluxations, any tensions, any misalignments
And we're gonna go through each vertebrae, one by one, and release the tension held in between each vertebrae on each side
Relax
Release
Lend as much time as necessary
On specifically tense parts
Remember the invisible strings pulling your rotator cuffs back towards the floor, and your shoulder blades together in back
Palms facing the ceiling
Relax your eyelids
Relax your eyelids
Relax your tongue
Relax your ears
Release your scalp
Unfurrow your eyebrows
Release your cheeks
Release your neck
Now go back down through all the vertebrae in your thoracic spine, and release all tension held in between each vertebrae
