This song was performed by Elvis Presley in his 1958 film "King Creole" and was included in the film's soundtrack.

"Trouble" uses a riff similar to the one of the Muddy Waters' song "Hoochie Coochie Man" (1954).

Elvis Presley opened his 1968 comeback special with this track to show that he was still quite on par in the industry having experienced a lot during ten years since the first time this song had been performed.

The unofficial recordings of the song were made during Elvis Presley's live performances on tour at the beginning of '70s.

There is a song by Elvis Presley called "T-R-O-U-B-L-E" which he recorded as a single in 1975, but that was a different song.
