"The Story Of: HaterBooth voice note" lyrics

Hey, this is Stella and I thought I would tell you about the making of "Haterbooth." We're very, very proud of "Haterbooth" 'cause it's so different and the process of making it was definitely different for us too, so let me set the scene. We're in LA and our label said they wanted us to go in with this guy called Solomonophonic and we were like, "Who's Solomonophonic?" And then we saw he made "Messy" for Lola Young, so we were like, "Cool, cool," so we go, we walk up these stairs and we go into this random like room but it was kind of like, kind of gave like a garage but like a really cool with these lights and those equipment, it was kind of a madhouse room and he was there, he's called Jared, we love Jared, he's got long shaggy hair, he wears oversized clothes, he wears these sick Uggs boots, he's like a mad magician and Dixson was there, which kind of brought the calm 'cause we've worked with Dixson before and, uh, Jared started playing the guitar and we were like, "Ooh, okay, this is funky, this is funky," and then Dixson got on the bass, I was kind of like a jam and we just started writing and singing "Haterbooth," we started doing the melodies and then we just of kind started sprawling out with these fun, uplifting ideas for the lyrics and we actually sang it all together, which you're gonna hear, which was really fun 'cause we've never kind of done that and it's so the vibe of "Haterbooth" to just be a gang together singing it and this demo is really, really fun and it's really cute and it definitely gives "Haterbooth," it gives you with your friends and life's gonna be okay.
