This song was originally released on Queen's seventh studio album in 1978, and it was also released as the fourth and last single from the album one year later.

The song has been released as a single only in several countries, including USSR, where it was Queen's first and last single. The B-side of the single was "Don't Stop Me Now" in USSR, and "Fun It" in other countries.

The song was included to the list of songs for the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow, USSR.

Brian May played his Hairfred acoustic guitar on this record. The guitar had some parts replaced which gave it the "buzzing" effect of a sitar. The song "White Queen (As It Began)" from "Queen II" album featured the same effect.
