Mark Cohen's and Roger Davis' ex-roommate, Benjamin "Benny" Coffin III, is introduced on this track. He is their landlord now and demands last year's rent. It is also revealed that they lived with Collins and Maureen.

Roger is interrupted here again right after he says the same line as in "Tune Up #1": "I'm writing one great song".

Tom Collins sings a line from "The Christmas Song", also know as "Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire", reminding that this takes place on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, he is mugged by a group of thugs on his way to Mark and Roger's apartment and is left lying in an alley.
